FOR GROWN-UPS

Small steps.
Happy discoveries.

Know what your child is playing, what stays on the device and what is still being tested.

Choose a comfortable starting point

Explore a practice band together, from Pre-K through 8th Grade, then adjust as needed. The bands are practice choices rather than a placement test. Every Math Arcade game offers 100 selectable levels per band.

Make room for different ways to play

Children can tap, match, sort, share and solve across 16 interaction systems. Larger action buttons offer another way to interact with 3D targets, while reduced motion and sound controls let families adjust the experience.

Keep each child’s progress together

Separate local profiles keep each child’s stars and progress on the device. Daily quests encourage variety, and device-local rankings show saved achievements. Online ranking endpoints are not configured in the current build.

Try the demo, follow the app’s progress

This website offers a small browser demo of math play. The Android app is still in internal testing, and its wider game collection is separate from the demo. Translations and physical Android testing remain part of the work before a public release.

A few good questions

Can we download Math Questlands now?

The Android app is in internal testing. A public release and Play Store download are not available yet; Android device testing and language review are still pending.

Which grades does Math Arcade cover?

Math Arcade offers Pre-K, Kindergarten and 1st–8th Grade practice bands, with 100 selectable levels per game in each band. These bands guide practice; they are not a formal curriculum alignment or age-placement assessment.

What do the 71 game variants include?

The 71 original variants share 16 interaction systems, including matching, sorting, sharing, memory, paths and balancing. Variants share rules while changing problems, layouts and themes. They are independent adaptations, without a claim of matching other games exactly.

Can children play offline?

Games, profiles, progress and rankings on the same device work offline. Narration depends on a suitable voice being installed on the device; captions and tap controls remain available when a voice is missing.

Which languages are supported?

The app has a 12-language picker. Additional language packs contain draft translations and still need native-speaker review. Narration also depends on the voices available on the Android device.

How do quests and progress work?

Completed levels earn locally saved stars and contribute to daily quest variety. Each child profile keeps its own progress, and stars stay separate for each game and grade band.

Do children need an online account?

Local profiles use a nickname and keep progress on the device. No ranking API endpoints or account credentials are configured in the current build, so it makes no ranking uploads. A future online connection would need a verified parent flow.

Why is there an optional address field?

The app includes an optional postal-address field behind the grown-ups gate. It can be left blank, stays in local profile data and is excluded from rankings and ranking uploads. Parents can clear it in Player details; device backups may include it.

Are voice answers required?

No. In the Android app, voice answers are off by default and require a parent to enable microphone access. Supported questions also accept taps. Android speech recognition may use an online service, depending on the device; the website demo does not capture microphone audio.

Can we reduce movement or retry a level?

The app includes reduced motion and large equivalent action buttons. Math Arcade guardian encounters allow retries without lost lives or paid retries, and all 100 levels in a grade band are selectable.
